Returns will only be offered in store credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of original purchase. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. The item or items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and free from odor such as smoke, deodorant, or perfume. All original tags must be attached. We do not offer exchanges. The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to the company's discretion.
Lost or stolen packages: Laurel e. boutique is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We will not offer a refund.
Damaged items: We carefully check all merchandise that comes through our doors but if for some reason you received a damaged item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please provide your invoice number and a photo of the damaged item.
